Trek Bikes of Florida is looking for an Inventory Transfer Specialist who is concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe, timely manner. The Inventory Transfer Specialist will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. You should be willing to work as part of the transfer and delivery team to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct location.

To succeed as an Inventory Transfer Specialist, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients and team-mates with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring requests are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.

Inventory Transfer Specialist Responsibilities:

Loading, packing, transporting, and delivering items in a safe, timely manner. This is a labor intense position that requires physical stamina to load and unload bicycles.

Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and accurate.

Loading and unloading items from vehicles.

Providing excellent service to our team-mates and customers.

Utilize map applications to determine most efficient route and time schedule.

Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

Preparing reports and other documents relating to transfers and deliveries.

Operating vehicles, such as cars, trucks, box trucks, etc.

Inventory Transfer Specialist Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.

Strong computer skills with experience in Excel.

Strong time management and customer service skills.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items repeatedly and for extended periods.

Location: This position will be based out of our Coconut Creek store.

Deliveries will be made to our other locations. Our store locations are as follows: Estero, Naples, South Naples, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, SW Fort Myers, Coconut Creek, Sunrise, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Boynton Beach.

Compensation and Hours: Hourly pay rate is $15-17/hr. This is a part time position with a schedule of Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 15-25 hours. Please note in-season hours can increase if desired.
