Our Business Graduate Programme
The Irish Distillers Business Graduate Programme offers bright and ambitious Graduates the opportunity to complete a
two-year programme at our bottling operations and warehousing facility, located in Clondalkin, Dublin 22.
In 2021 over 10 million case equivalent bottles of Jameson were bottled, labelled, packaged and shipped to over 130 markets across the globe. With a team of over 250 people and teams across NPD, Purchasing, Warehousing, Blending, Packaging and more, our mission is to
achieve and maintain World Class Manufacturing through highly motivated and skilled people. During the Programme, our ambition is to support you to gain the leadership, operational and people skills to become Leaders of the future. You will get involved in continuous improvement, technology, and sustainability projects, across our Bottling, Warehousing and Purchasing departments.
Starting in 2023, we are looking for Level 8 or Level 9 Graduates of Food Business, Business, Management or Engineering Management. Closing date for applications is 31st of Oct 2022.

What we look for
We are looking for a mindset, as well as a skillset.
- Level 8 or 9 in Engineering Management, Food Business Management or Business-related discipline
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to communicate at all levels in the business
- Ambitious, self-starters, who are collaborative, curious and agile team players
- We are looking for graduates who will cultivate innovation and embrace nimble learning
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
