Krispy Kremes IT Audit Manager will be a key member of the Global Finance team reporting to the Director of Internal Audit. The IT Audit Manager will plan and conduct SOX testing and other internal audit projects under the general direction of the Director and in compliance with audit standards and regulatory expectations. This role will have a high degree of visibility across the organization.

HERES A TATSTE OF WHAT YOULL BE DOING

As the IT Audit Manager at Krispy Kreme this role will be responsible for:

• 
  Plan and manage the annual IT audit plan, including SOX testing
• Design, complete, and review tests around financial system controls compliance, IT General Computer Controls (ITGC), and Application Controls
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with multiple management levels within the organization while able to work objectively and independently
• Review the work of other auditors and provide feedback and guidance to ensure quality of work and development of team members
• Develop and review audit reports and communicate to organizational stakeholders
• Engage in professional development activities, including completion of other professional certifications and upkeep of such certifications
• Coordinate efforts with the external audit team to ensure an effective and efficient audit plan
• Some domestic and international travel required (<25%)

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• CISA or equivalent certification required
• Strong understanding of IT and IT Audit Frameworks
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Professional and effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with Oracle EBS
• Experience using SoxHub or Audit Board a plus
