In NC, we operate three pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities that are responsible for fulfilling different steps in our injectable and oral treatment supply chains. Our legacy Injectable Finished Products (IFP) facility in Clayton, NC is a 457,000 square foot aseptic "fill and finish" site that is responsible for producing innovative, injectable diabetes and obesity treatments. Position Purpose

Ensures smooth organizational transition towards the global IT/OT organization, including tasks such as strategic capability assessment & direction-setting, & driving change management processes at the site. In relation to this also drives improvement projects & system upgrades. Develops competences according to new business needs. Collaborates with all corporate functions to ensure business continuity.


Accountabilities

  • Prepare & drive organizational change management (OCM) track at local site, & in close collaboration with global transformation office & local mid-level management
  • Drive the transformation agenda & complex value capture initiatives to consistently deliver efficiency & set a platform for MIT as a strong IT partner to Product Supply
  • Design & drive organizational change management to new ways of working, introduced during transformation – in operations & portfolio management
  • Build, prioritize & maintain local backlog following agile framework
  • Contribute to Agile team events, and other relevant program events
  • Key driver in the DFP network to support strategic goals with future technologies & competency development
  • Develop & support strategic projects in alignment for all corporate functions
  • Collaborate & support department leadership related to development, coaching, performance management, recruitment & employee relations
  • Support establishment & maintenance of the overall strategic perspective for the department
  • Actively involve & manage stakeholders at all levels across the organization, as well as global organization
  • Other accountabilities, as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or similar (MA/MS preferred), or an equivalent combination of education & experience
  • With Master’s Degree, minimum of two (2) years of IT or Automation experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
  • With BS/BA Degree, minimum of five (5) years of IT or Automation experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
  • Experience with driving global OCM in business transformation initiatives
  • IT infrastructure, systems & applications
  • Lean manufacturing techniques & methodologies
  • Production support processes
  • Project management & IT governance, including support & system management, business continuity & forecasting


Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • BMS, PCS, MES, PLC/SCADA, Historian
  • Aseptic production environment


Physical & Other Requirements

  • Occasionally moves equipment &/or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds within the facility
  • Constantly operates a computer & other office equipment using hands
  • Ability to travel domestically & internationally, as necessary
  • Ability to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction
  • Ability to work the hours necessary to support a 24/7 continuous manufacturing operation
  • Ability to adjust schedule to work with colleagues in other international time zones
  • Ability to manage relationships with customers, local, corporate management, external vendors & contractors
