As an Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Business Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts & Product Owners within the IT EPMO, focused on close business partnerships across the Enterprise to deliver high-value strategic technology solutions. This role ensures clear and consistent transition of process & solution knowledge to operational (Run the Business) teams. Partners across IT leadership to create standards in process, policies & procedures.

Essential Functions:
- Hires, develops, evaluates, and influences effective and consistent productivity and teamwork to ensure the delivery of Legendary Customer Service (LCS)
- Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
- Develops and manages Business Analyst processes for supporting projects through the process of scoping, sizing/estimating, planning and value
- Delivers efficient, quality, and modernized strategic technology solutions to the enterprise, to be supported by operational teams.
- Creates, leads, and executes advancements in Business Excellence principles, methodologies, and best practices which produce high impact business results through project delivery.
- Facilitates sessions with requesting stakeholders and Demand Discovery team members to document high-level requirements for sizing and/or SOW content. Partners in building business case / Return on Investment (ROI) for Executive Summaries used in the project approval, prioritization & planning processes.
- Coordinates with Product Management resources to ensure Technology and Product roadmaps are in Coordinates across IT teams to ensure proposed solutions are aligned with HOLT Technology & Architecture standards.
- Coordinates and Drafts project sizing estimates and/or advises Demand Management team of sizing factors.
- Participates in Demand Management Request for Proposal (RFP) process in partnership with Procurement & Legal team members for vendor selection on technology projects.
- Ensures selected vendor/technology meets relevant business and technical
- Participates and/or leads team members assigned to projects teams in ensuring that technology solutions meet defined requirements, including analysis, testing, documentation, and training. Creates and manages high-quality, consistent project documentation.
- In partnership with Change Adoption, develops pre/post measurement metrics for solution delivery, and release metrics (ROI, Key Performance Indicators [KPIs])
- Ensures clear and consistent transition of process & solution knowledge to operational (Run the Business) teams.
- Collaborates with IT leadership across multiple teams to create standards in process, policies & procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience with Business Analyst and Product Owner roles & duties, and team leadership roles
- Demonstrates a practical sense and ability to build strong partnerships in a dynamic, diverse, and collaborative team environment with changing and fluid needs
- Able to effectively work and negotiate with Senior Executives and Product Owner/Manager roles on strategy, standards, and technology requirements
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex concepts, models, and analysis into understandable business and technology terms
- Superior team and interpersonal skills - need to work effectively with executives and stakeholders across the Enterprise
- Solid understanding of business unit operations and key functional processes is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills needed to effectively convey key concepts across the Enterprise
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other project management software tools
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree from an accredited university with emphasis in Business or equivalent industry experience preferred
- 5 years of experience in Business Analyst role with at least 2 years in leadership, working with executives, cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders, and coordinating people and resources preferred
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and developing; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Travel:
- 5-10% and overnight travel may be expected.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Physical Requirements:
- This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionally, occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets,
- This role frequently communicates with others, must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Work Environment:
- Works primarily in a professional office environment.
- Frequently works at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.
