To lead a group in the development/implementation of applications/systems for the organization and serve as a Subject Manager Expert in the respective domain area. Provide comprehensive day-to-day oversight for design, development and testing in support of Navy Federal applications and systems. Lead and implement new operational, and enhance existing processes, incorporating lessons learned and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with SDLC, Application Development, EA, CCRM, DBA, Data, and Security standards and procedures. Uses best practices and broad knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills. Applies specific professional-level functional knowledge to solve problems requiring the identification and analysis of moderately complex issues. Works independently; receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may direct the work

Qualifications

Salary Range: $83,100 - $142,000 annually

Navy Federal Credit Union assesses market data to establish salary ranges that enable us to remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range, based on your experience, location and market position.
