The IT Network & Infrastructure Director will collaborate with multiple Aligned key stakeholders in the management of IT Network & Infrastructure with a heavy emphasis on cloud infrastructure services. The IT Network & Infrastructure Director will ensure the implementation of an integrated cloud offering encompassing a broad range of cloud services such as data center, helpdesk, network support, service integration, service maintenance support, infrastructure transformation services as well as the consolidation and migration of workloads and data centers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Synthesizes complex or diverse information; collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to complement data; designs work flows and procedures.
- Owns Change Management processes, develops workable implementation plans; communicates changes effectively; builds commitment and overcomes resistance; prepares and supports those affected by change; monitors transition and evaluates results.
- Develops annual budget planning for IT Network and Infrastructure.
- Works with Hardware and Software Vendors to identify failures and implement remediations.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders in Platform Delivery and Design teams to determine schedules for OSP network deployment.
- Develops network strategy and procurement across new and existing sites.
- Drives and develops project plans; coordinates projects; communicates changes and progress; completes projects on time and budget; manages project team activities projects.
- Develops Network strategies to achieve organizational goals; understands organization's strengths & weaknesses; analyzes market and competition; identifies external threats and opportunities; adapts strategy to changing conditions.
- Ensures Incident/Problem Management & Root Cause Analysis is performed routinely.
- Must possess deep industry expertise and command of fast evolving fields such as cloud services, data, connectivity, software, digital engineering, and IT platforms.
- Coordinates Troubleshooting Routing and switching related issues.
- Leads Performance Optimization initiatives.
- Evaluates and performs hardware troubleshooting, break-fix maintenance.
- Leads troubleshooting activities for L2 and L3 Circuits.
- Carries out Hardware upgrades.
- Develops and implements Routing Policies deployment.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality.
- Adapts to changes in the network environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in computer engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems plus 7 years of experience in planning and implementing network infrastructure with an emphasis on data centers, OR
- Required: Minimum 12 years of equivalent quantitative field experience.
- Data Center Migration experience preferred.
- Professional security certifications a plus.
- Professional networking certifications a plus.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
- Basic math skills required.
- Ability to work with reports and data.
- Ability to calculate moderately complex figures and amounts to accurately report activities and budgets.
REASONING ABILITY:
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to utilize Internet for resources.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Must have valid identification to work.
