MarshBerry is seeking a HelpDesk Administrator for our Beachwood, OH office. The primary responsibilities will include providing support and training to end users. They ensure optimal operation of systems and timely resolution of issues.

The basic responsibilities include:

• Provide first level support and training to users for systems and applications.
• Enforce systems and applications security policies.
• Grow knowledge and be aware of best practices and market trends while consistently providing input on how to improve internal efficiencies.
• Special projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications we are seeking:

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of formal experience working with Windows 10 in a business environment.
• Preferred 2+ years of formal experience working with Windows clients and servers in a business environment.
• Familiarity with using Active Directory to manage users and systems.
• Prior experience using a formalized ticketing system to track issues and requests is beneficial.
• Basic Networking skills and ability to troubleshoot common network issues.
• Driven to learn and stay current in an ever-changing technical landscape.
• Ability to listen, read, and understand information, ideas, and issues presented through oral and written communication.
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively both verbally and through writing.
• Self-starter with deep problem solving skills, enjoys puzzles.
• Customer Services oriented mindset.
• Able to prioritize and thrive in stressful situations.

Pay: $42,189.30 - $50,808.63 per year
