IT Helpdesk Technician
We are currently seeking an
IT Helpdesk Technician to join our IT Department. Reporting to the IT Manager, this position involves logging IT support issues/queries from users and providing technical assistance in the resolution of hardware and software issues by utilising approved centralised tools, processes, knowledge bases and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing IT support in a professional and friendly manner both onsite and remotely.
- Accurately log, analyse, prioritise and solve (or escalate if required) I.T. incidents, at all times ensuring that the record is updated on the call log system.
- Assist end users in the resolution of incidents through the use of both remote-control tools and desk-side support
- Laptop support & maintenance (Reimaging of computers)
- Application installations & support
- Active Directory Tasks
- Office 365 Setup & Administration
- General user support for office applications, O365, Windows 10, iPhone / iPad and Corporate Mobile device/Smart Phone Support.
- Support and management of Multi-function devices.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate on various levels with peers, customers and with external parties;
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Experience in supporting Windows 10 in a corporate environment.
- Desire to learn and improve skills and knowledge
