As an IT Internship Student you will….

We are currently sourcing Internship Applications across all our sites in Ireland and students. To support our diverse businesses assignments, as an Engineering Internship / Placement with Abbott Ireland could involve working in Business Excellence, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Validation, Manufacturing, Facilities, Projects, Supply Chain, Business Excellence and Research and Development areas.

What are we looking for?

To apply for an Internship position, the following criteria need to be applicable:

• Available to commence a 6, 9 or 12 month placement from January to June 2023
• Pursuing a third level Undergraduate or Post Graduate Computer Science, Cyber Security or computer related qualification.
• Candidates must be aiming for a minimum of 2.1 Grade in their degree course
• Good communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Flexibility to be based at one of our Abbott sites around Ireland
