Experience in a Windows 10 PC environment performing general IT system support

Technical supervisory experience, with preference given to management of remote staff

Possesses significant knowledge of client/server and internet systems architectures.

Familiarity with remote administration tools such as Dameware, Remote Desktop, WebEx

A+, Network+, MCSA, CCNA or certification in a closely related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
