My client a growing International Renewable Energy Group are seeking to hire an experienced IT Project Architect for their offices Dublin West.

Experienced with MS Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Architect / Tech Lead to join my clients team on a permanent basis.

As a Power Platform Architect you will have the ability to lead the growth of Digital Transformation Team by helping the organisations adopt the Power Platform at an enterprise level with a focus on Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate and the Common Data Service. The role will be fast paced, working with external consultants creating, building and managing a Management information system.

Experience acting at Team lead or Tech lead would be essential to make this role a success.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a lead to help and guide my clients internal teams to effectively use the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform with best practices and methodologies
• Work to understand internal stakeholders requirements to design and deliver solutions based on the Power Platform.
• Run client discovery workshops, requirements gathering and documentation
• Design best practice-compliant data models (i.e. multiple entities) across multiple solutions •Work in an agile environment and provide technical leadership to the team.
• Learn new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends •Disseminate best practises among the Power Platform team.
• Working on all stages of the software development lifecycle
• Documentation of solution (e.g. design, configurations, operations, set up, etc.)
• IT support for head and group offices

Requirements:

• Experience Required 5+ years' experience as a Dynamics CRM/365 Senior Developer/Software Engineer/Lead
• Developer Minimum of 2+ years on Dynamics 365/Power Platform Architectural projects Development of Portal Solutions used in conjunction with Dynamics 365/Power
• Platform Experience using 3rd party application with Dynamics 365/Power Platform
• Possess an ability to produce concise, accurate solution designs meeting business requirements
• Have experience integrating with other MS technologies (Office 365, SharePoint, One note)
• Experience in software Solution Design and Architecture
• DevOps for Dynamics 365/Power Platform Experience in a client facing role
• Ability to review architecture designs Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Proven experience dealing with stakeholders and advising them on the necessary business requirements
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Good SharePoint, Office and Active Directory experience
• Data integration and migration experience using multiple technologies and platforms.
