Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing a range of ESS-IT technical projects for BAE Systems Inc. and serves as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. The PM
prepares and develops he project management plan and identifies the technical and business resource needs. The PM
will drive the execution of medium and large scale projects, utilizing standardized project management tools, processes,
and PMI methodologies to provide the customer the requested deliverables.

Pay Information:

Salary Range: 109,120 - 185,460

This position is covered by a wage law called the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA). The wage range for this position is determined by the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor on a contract-by-contract basis.
