YOUR ROLE
This FM Applications Analyst is a lead expert in our FM systems primarily focused on working with the business in implementing projects, supporting changes to our core FM applications CargoWise and connected systems. They typically will have a strong business background in Freight Management Operationally and Financial.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Works with Business leaders, managers and analysts and occasionally Customers to translate requirements into solutions to meet business needs.
• Develops detailed designs based on documented requirements on product services and enhancements.
• Perform configuration based on documented requirements. Initiate change with vendors and development teams
• Consistent and reliable delivery execution of activities to defined service levels, schedules and budget
• Provide input for process efficiencies based upon existing business knowledge within the overall design
• Provide expertise to the design process as requested
• Responsible for QA testing delivered changes before releasing to the business for UAT.
• Innovative development of solutions to business problems and issues
• Demonstrates command of and applies complex tools and systems. (knowledge)
• Contributes towards technological developments within domain or technology (D&B includes Design, development, test & deploy activities
• Can directly interact with CEVA customers as requested by leadership.
• Provides experience in support of specific functions within CEVA
• Strive to deliver projects ‘on time’, ‘as expected’

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience:

• Educated to degree level: University or higher education degree in IT Management or Supply Chain Management, or direct experience in the logistics industry.
• ITIL Foundation
• Technology/domain-driven
• CargoWise Certified Professional
• Solid business knowledge and experience over several years with a track record in systems orientated roles.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, ability to handle multiple complex problems.
• In depth knowledge of function capabilities in order to assess risk and apply quality control
• Minimum 2-3 years hands on CargoWise experience

• Good level of expertise in functional domain or technology
• Good level of numeracy
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
