iLABS & Elements Connect are looking for an IT Specialist (onsite position in Mahwah, NJ).

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Provide IT support relating to Windows-based laptops, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, printers, and other IT equipment
• Assess and prioritize IT support tickets and communicate with end-users
• Purchase IT equipment and manage IT asset registry
• Track and categorize IT spend for charge back to clients
• Manage accounts and access for cloud file storage, such as Google Drive, Egnyte, and Dropbox
• Apple Mac experience a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
