- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer
- Proven experience providing Tier 1/2 End-User Support
- Experience w/ Windows Environment (Window Server, Exchange, Win10, Etc...)
- Azure experience is preferred (Virtual Desktop, O365, Etc...)
