IT SUPPORT ANALYST

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Formal education equivalent to an associate degree or equivalent technical diploma/certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 applications.
- Two (2) years experience working in IT, including working in IT Helpdesk.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
- Experience with Cherwell or TeamDynamix ITSM Software.
- Audio/Visual system experience.
- CompTIA A+ Certification.
Essential Job Functions:
- Gains knowledge and understanding of current technology in place to accurately diagnose and solve problems.
- Answers helpdesk calls and tickets to solve Tier 1 issues when needed.
- Manages helpdesk ticket lifecycle and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Accurately communicate and document issues that require escalation.
- Maintains effective lines of communication with all staff and stakeholders.
- Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs software and hardware problems.
- Assists with testing of new versions of software and hardware for end-user deployment.
- Installs and configures new computer hardware and software, including but not limited to desktop computers, peripheral hardware, laptops, VOIP phones and printers.
- Installs, upgrades, and maintains a variety of software applications.
- Works to ensure proper inventory of all technology equipment and consumables.
- Creates and updates necessary documentation.
- Promotes and adheres to all IT department policies and procedures.
- Provides support, training, and guidance to end users.
- Troubleshoots and repairs the digital recording and A/V systems.
- Assist with IT related set up and training of new employees.
- Work with external vendors to troubleshoot and repair equipment covered under maintenance contracts.
- Contributes to projects as needed.
- Performs other related duties as required.
