Bearing company located in Strongsville, OH is looking for IT Support to join our team. We are looking for someone with at least an Associate's Degree or 3 years related IT experience. This position will be multifaceted requiring knowledge of hardware, software, servers and basic network tools. Ideal candidate must be able to multitask, work independently and provide support to our users.

Duties to include:

• Setup of new employee workstations
• Respond to Tier 2 trouble tickets
• Analyze and identify trends in support tickets and help develop preventative methods and solutions
• Training employees in use of both in-house software and M365
• Maintain documentation on IT equipment, software and projects
• Participate in business improvement projects
• Download data, create reports, analyze data, provide Excel and Access files from downloaded files

Candidate should posses the following abilities:

• Technical aptitude
• Experience with RHEL, Windows, AD, and Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Experience troubleshooting PC, printer, network, and software issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong desire to learn
