Summary:

We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to be responsible for working with internal, external and client teams in the successful implementation and support of new technology. Working with large health systems and participating in projects from initiation to project close. You must possess excellent problem solving and communication skills and an ability to succeed under pressure which will enable success within this role for organizational success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist with short and long-term implementation projects, with responsibility in assembling, tracking, testing, activation, deployment and continual improvements of technology throughout health care environments.

· Provide daily Tier-1 and Tier-2 technical support for clients, as well as in-house and remote staff for all things related to IT.

· Support cloud-based mobile applications and web-based solutions.

· Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and resolve IT related problems.

· Responsible for inventory and management of IT assets including the fulfillment and delivery of hardware such as iPads, PCs, printers, and other peripherals devices.

· Generate high-trust relationships with stakeholders, managing long-term client relationships and representing the company with poise and respect.

· Provide training and demonstration for end-users, as required.

· Document existing and new systems, services and processes.

· Other technical and non-technical duties as assigned as required

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience

· Minimum of 2(+) years’ experience in a technical support role.

· Prior experience in healthcare IT industry

· Experience supporting cloud-based solutions, mobile and web applications.

· Experience in remotely supporting end-user’s software, hardware and connectivity.

· Experience with installation and configuration of hardware and software devices, such as desktop, laptop, router, iPads, mobile devices, etc...

· Experience with core IT products such as: O365, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls, Antivirus, MDM (AirWatch), Remote Access/Control tools (TeamViewer), Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.

Other Requirements:

· Proficient English language verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to commute within 30092 zip code

· U.S. Citizen

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
