GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Infusion Nurse Contractor for ambulatory infusion centers—Charles County Neurology (Waldorf) and Ally Infusion (Brandywine)
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties for nurses in this series may also include the following: Safely administer prescribed IV medications with peripherally inserted IV lines.
Manage schedule
Perform various administrative duties and carry out day to day operations.
Put away medicine safely
Order supplies
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete patient assessments and intake, record patient histories, symptoms and observations. Perform nursing care following prescribed rules, policies, protocol and procedures. Identify problems, assist in data gathering, propose solutions and participate in evaluation of quality assurance issues. Participate in educational programs to maintain level of expertise. Participate in non-clinical assignments, which may include maintaining records, preparing reports.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, PRN

Pay: From $38.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All clients are expected to wear a mask, spacing is limited, call prior to entering. The nurse sanitizes after each patient. Also, upon confirmation, covid question are asked the day prior and temperature checks are performed.

License/Certification:

  • BLS Certification (Required)
  • RN (Required)
