Thrive is accepting applications for Job Coaches to cover Mason City and surrounding communities. We are currently hiring for part-time and full-time positions.

Job Coaching is for those individuals whose main focus would be to help those with disabilities and other employment barriers to learn and perform their job duties to the best of their abilities. A job coach also helps ensure employers have great employees and assists our consumers in their new roles to grow and be successful in their community employment!

If you have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and are passionate about “Thriving” to help others achieve goals & making a difference in the lives of others, apply with us! Starting wage is $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience. We are a family owned business that offers flexible schedules, paid driving time, Chromebooks, paid training, cellphone reimbursement and opportunities for advancement. Thrive also offers paid vacation, holidays & sick time for full time employees.

Applicants should be able to represent Thrive and our consumers in a professional manner within the communities we serve. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and complete all standards required by the State of Iowa to be employed in a Community Rehabilitation Provider setting within the required timelines. Reliable transportation is required.
