HardHat is very busy and is seeking to hire Millwright immediately. If you are a Millwright and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Duties:

• Installation, maintenance, repair of industrial machinery and equipment
• Set up, braces, and rigs hoisting equipment, using hand tools and power wrenches.
• Align machines and equipment, using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, lasers, and plumb bobs.
• Select cables, ropes chains, pulleys, winches, blocks, and sheaves, according to weight and size of load to be moved.
• Move machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
• Assemble and install millwright equipment, such as shafting, conveyors, and tram rails, using hand tools and power tools.

Qualifications:

• Must have millwright instrumentation experience.
• Must have own tools.
• Forklift experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and read blueprints.
• Able to use logical step-by-step procedures in work.
• Ability to make decisions based on measurable information.
• Able to perform a variety of duties which may change often; and operate machinery.
