The NSSA Jr. Academy is looking for soccer coaches for the Summer season. The ideal candidate has soccer playing/coaching experience and a love for the game and children. The Jr. Academy runs on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings as well as games on Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons. Age groups from U5-U8. The NSSA Jr. Academy Developmental Program provides an innovative format that teaches foundational skills for young soccer players and is in line with US Youth Soccer “best practices.”

Our #1 goal with Jr. Academy is to instill a passion for the game. We provide engaging training sessions that focus on helping players get comfortable on the ball and that encourages players to make decisions and take risks while having fun! Each session, our young players get 800+ touches on the ball.

Jr. Academy sessions are led by NSSA training staff with backgrounds in childhood development, psychology, youth studies, sports science and soccer. NSSA’s age-appropriate curriculum has been designed by our Directors of Coaching and staff following guidelines of US Youth Soccer and follows a format to introduce a variety of concepts to our young players while keeping the focus on developing enthusiasm for playing soccer. Our staff cares about the success and enjoyment of each player. Many of our trainers have been a part of our staff for years and are excited to provide a structured environment to help your young player fall in love with soccer while learning the game.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
