We are seeking an experienced Jr Accountant to report to our Controller in our Los Angeles office. We are looking for an accurate, punctual, dependable, self motivated individual with good communication skills who will interface and interact with all departments, which includes sales, logistics, purchasing and warehouse.
Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
- Journal Entries.
- Bank/Account reconciliation.
- Prepare analysis of accounts as needed/requested.
- Assist in accounts receivable/accounts payable.
- File/submit statutory report.
- Assist in monthly and year end closings.
- Assist in annual financial review.
- Assist in payroll administration and payroll related reporting.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Knowledge in accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of financial reporting
- Experience – between 2-3 years
Skill and competencies:
- Attention to detail.
- Planning and time management
- Analytical
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to keep confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
