In this role, you will be responsible for inspiring curiosity, immersive play, and self-guided exploration amongst junior players! You will assist with junior golf content creation, clinic and camp registrations, youth activities days, marketing, and more. The ideal candidate will be personable and proactive with excellent communication skills and a talent for inspiring others. The individual must have the ability to represent our team and affiliations positively, continuously improving and developing their knowledge to get results, and identify custom solutions. At least 1-3 years of experience in junior golf development is required.

JOB DETAILS

Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and enthusiastic service to all members, guests, and fellow employees.
• Assist Director of Performance Center & Instruction and Head of Junior Golf Development with training and development of professional golf staff.
• Work closely with Marketing and Communication Team to actively promote products and services on a monthly, and often weekly, basis, includes writing copy and sourcing images.
• Coordinate with Youth Activities & Recreation Manager and Director of Racquet Sports with scheduling and junior programming.
• Assist the Head of Junior Golf Development in planning, assigning, and directing work, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Assist with all day-to-day golf operations, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

• Required to work in an outdoor working environment.
• Required to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Required to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
