- Ensure management of named accounts with achievement of delivering excellence across KPI s and Customer Care
- Ensure proper SOP’s are being followed for the Client
- Ensure Full compliance with current standards for ISO, AEO, IMB and other relevant regimes
- Ensure all activity is logged and managed in the CRM database
- Develop your network within Ireland and Schenker network to support the Key Account
- Visit and build rapport with all levels of the Key Account
- Work with Schenker Management and Executive Sponsors to drive value propositions
- Deliver value added services and be the internal advocate of the client
- Attend weekly meetings with department managers to agree customer visits and drive innovation and best value supply chains
- Log weekly activities in CRM
- Ensure full support to Senior KAM sales for bids and campaigns to aid business development.
- Ensure all pricing and bids are worked with internal correct stakeholders to achieve a winning bid
- Support Senior KAM to ensure smooth transition of accounts between sales and operations
2 years work experience in related role essential- Previous experience in the logistics industry
- Commercially astute
- Ability to work without supervision
