Role Purpose...

You will support a Product Owner in the creation and ownership of end-to-end Digital experience for the millions of users who interact with our online sales flows. You will work with a team of UX (User Experience) designers, content authors, ecommerce analysts, product and development experts in developing the Vodafone.ie platform for our users.


Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities...

Working alongside a Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the roadmap for new features and optimisations, backed by customer insight and data informed decision making, to drive conversion across key mobile and broadband sales journeys
Collaborate with marketing, brand, developers, UX, to build an unequalled user experience for online sales journeys
You will use data to drive insights and decisions that will increase funnel conversion, inform, and prioritise the product backlog ensuring work focuses on maximum value aligned to company strategy
You will support the Product Owners with merchandising and sales promotions on our website
Monitor and analyse customer behaviour and journey performance throughout and after every release, running A/B tests or other conversion focused measurement frameworks to improve step and full funnel conversion rates.

You will work with digital support and vendor teams to raise and manage issues in the online sales flows that impact conversion

You will engage with a broad range of stakeholders to balance business goals and customer needs and to drive a digital first mindset and way of working.


We are looking for you if you have...

Worked as an eCommerce Product Owner managing and prioritising a backlog
Or worked in UX, design or development and looking for a move into product ownership
Experience writing user stories with actionable acceptance criteria
An understanding of what levers are available to drive conversion and volume in an online sales journey
Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Experience working in agile methodologies
Experience in some of the following: Jira, Adobe Analytics, MicroStrategy, Content Management System/website management. Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
