PrincePerelson & Associates (www.perelson.com), Salt Lake City’s premier recruiting and professional placement firm, is hiring a Junior Recruiter – Account Manager to support our High-Volume Recruiting division. We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and motivated team member. Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume of candidates
- Interview, source, and connect daily with candidates using a variety of technologies
- Act as a liaison between client companies and candidates
- Stay up to date on all client needs and hiring requirements
- Provide recruitment support to clients in an urgent and professional manner
- Conduct individual and group interviews
- Maintain complete records of all interviews performed
- Write and manage job postings
- Evaluate and screen resumes
- Conduct reference checks, screenings, assessments, and all necessary pre-employment activities
- Facilitate on-site interview arrangements, preparing candidates for client interview expectations, and managing post interview feedback from both candidates and clients
- Communicate with candidates and clients in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting, sales, call center, training, coaching, or account management experience
- Strong desire to achieve
- Excited, passionate, and personable demeanor
- Enjoys working with others in a team environment
- Previous recruiting experience preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to reason and make decisions quickly
- Professional demeanor
- Task-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical capacity

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
