Position Summary:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be able to multi-task in a high energy, deadline driven environment Strong attention to detail with coupled with an excellent sense of urgency is the right formula for this candidate. Ability to present in a professional manner to groups. Ability to collect, organize and interpret data from personal interview, application forms, and letters of recommendation, to assist in making proper placement. Requires knowledge of applicable computer applications, (i.e. applicant tracking systems). Two years of previous Recruiting experience. Healthcare Recruiting experience preferred. Experience in a human resource function with experience in hiring procedures preferred. A minimum of two years clerical/secretary experience required. Computer data entry experience with emphasis on report structure. A minimum of two years clerical/secretary experience required. Computer data entry experience with emphasis on report structure. Experience in ATS, Word, Excel, and Access database programs. A combination of work experience and education to include a minimum of 2 years recruitment related experience in a fast-paced corporate environment may be considered.

Required Education, Licenses, and Certifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED


Preferred Education, Licenses, and Certifications:
  • Associate's Degree
    in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing/Communication or related field required or actively pursuing
Other Information:

Must be able to communicate orally. Job requires frequent travel¬ing, often unaccompanied. Must lift and carry displays and other recruitment materials. Must set up and arrange displays and greet visitors at the displays.
