Osborne Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading Irish office supply company, who would like to make the addition of a Junior Sales Representative to their head office, based in Celbridge.

This role is available due to continued growth and opportunity in the market and will help grow the brand presence and drive sales. If you have a business degree and an interest in developing your career in sales, we’d love to hear from you!

You will have:

· A relevant Business Degree and at least 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Sales skills, negotiation, sales influencing and sales closing

· A customer focused approach and an ability to build strong relationships

· A full clean driving licence, and willing to travel to client’s island wide

This is an excellent opportunity to grow in a sales role, taking a planned approach to driving sales opportunities, delivering increased revenue and to work in a collaborative team environment, where you will be valued and supported.

You will be:

· Compiling lists of target companies and contacts using internal databases, LinkedIn and other search tools

· Conducting sales meetings both over the phone and in person, following up on leads, issuing quotations to clients based on their needs and in line with agreed pricing structures and closing sales

· Collaborating with stakeholders, internally and externally, to ensure potential clients are provided with the best solution

· Monitoring the website and handling any online queries, and processing orders

· Supporting the increase of sales opportunities by working with external partners and potential new clients

· Assessing your performance and results against planned activities, reporting at the weekly sales meeting
