The Westbury Hotel is hiring Junior Sous Chef, The primary role is to oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of meals in hotels busy restaurant.

Previous experience working in an equivalent or higher standard of restaurant is essential for this role. Working as part of the larger kitchen brigade, team work is central to achieving a good working environment.
