Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) Strategic, Communication, Marketing, and Training Group is seeking a Junior Webinar/Virtual Training Specialist to join our team in an onsite position in Vienna, VA where you will apply your expertise in the use and application of learning management systems, web and videoconferencing, screen-casting and other technologies relevant to training programs.

Required Experience:

• Experience in the use and application of learning management systems, web and videoconferencing, screen-casting and other technologies and systems.
• Proficient skills in technical support for web-conference training sessions.
• Uploading and testing new training modules in the learning management system and diagnoses and corrects problems.
• Supporting the development of new media, including screen-casting, video development and podcasting.
• Conducting research on and testing new applications.
• Assisting with development and maintenance of business applications, using tools such as SharePoint, and with customer service, data analysis, and reporting functions.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 10 years of related experience.
• BA/BS degree or higher in relevant discipline.
• Experience supporting US Government clients.
• Experience coordinating across multiple organizations.

This position is onsite in Vienna, VA and contingent upon award of a contract expected in 2023.
