Job Posting – JHH Coordinator

Without Permission is a non-profit, faith-based organization that works to end sex trafficking through Prevention, Justice, and Restoration. With a national collaborative partnership network, local community involvement, church mobilization and distinctive training programs, our volunteers and staff are making a decided difference in the Central Valley.

Description and General Duties

Currently, we are searching for a Just-His-House (JHH) Coordinator to work directly with our clients one-on-one and in groups as they move through the six cornerstones of our Restoration Program. This position also coordinates events, client transportation, team meetings, and volunteer outreach. The duties include but are not limited to: providing direct client services, case management, and maintaining facilities, teaching program classes, providing one-on-one mentorship, and managing client files and case notes. Additional responsibilities include transporting clients, facilitating group classes, and administration tasks. The JHH Coordinator works within a team of staff and volunteer navigators. This position reports to the Program
Manager.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Certified Navigator Training (provided by WP)

Hours/Salary:

• 24 hours/week; Mon – Thurs; 9 AM to 4 PM
• Pay rate: $18/hour

Requirements:

• Reliable automobile and current auto insurance.
