Salary Range: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE AT SUN VALLEY ACADEMY

As the Kids Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Kids Care Program. You also have excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills. You will be hiring, managing and evaluating employees. You will be developing a schedule of children's activities. You will also:

• Ensure that the Kids Care area is clean, free of hazards, and compliant with legal requirements, such as health codes and licensing laws.
• Supervise and ensure student safety and discipline.
• Meets regularly with Kids Care Facilitator and Kids Care staff members.
• Plans and offers different activities.
• Provides oral and written reports.
• Follows procedures and policies for operation of the program.
• Establishes and maintains communication with members of the school staff about student needs and aspects of the before and after school program.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 
  Minimum of one year of experience in a similar program as Kids Care

• Meets the age requirement of the Department of Health Services (i.e. 21 years of age)
• Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current first aid and CPR certification.
