Position Summary:

We are seeking a Kindergarten Teacher to deliver ambitious instruction in a classroom that not only incorporates evidence-based analysis of practice in order to assure that all students can achieve at high levels, but also provides a stimulating, challenging, and productive learning environment. Individual will work with the Campus Director, Instructional Coaches, and colleagues to implement the school's literacy framework and Everyday Math program. At the K-5th grade levels, we value teachers with content area expertise, knowledge and experience in using balanced literacy frameworks and Everyday Mathematics.

Position Qualifications:

Applicant should have a Bachelor's degree in education and state certification; at least 2 years of urban teaching experience in related field; and proven program planning and development experience. Applicant will be an excellent teacher of students, reflective and receptive to professional feedback and coaching, and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
