JANITOR/KITCHEN AIDE!

New Horizon is an Elder Residential Facility located in Stanton, CA. We are currently seeking a knowledgable, friendly and hardworking janitor/kitchen aide to join our assisted living team. Qualifications (non-negotiable):

• Able to clear DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
• Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
• High school diploma or GED required

Job Description:

• Prepare and serve food to residents in our community
• Ensure all special dietary needs are met and preparing texture modified food as directed
• Ensure compliance with all record keeping, food safety and risk management requirements
• Train new kitchen aide and other staff on proper cooking routines and kitchen procedures
• Perform all general maintenance and janitorial tasks for facility
• Additional assigned duties as instructed by administration

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
