We are currently recruiting for the positions ofKitchen Assistant within our Kitchen Department
The Slieve Russell Hotel is Located in Co. Cavan, just90 minutesfrom Dublin and provides luxury award winning 4* hotel accommodation.
The Hotel is set on 300 acres of land, including 50 acres of lakes, an 18 hole championship golf course, a par 3 Academy Golf Course, a superb leisure centre, a state of the art conference centre and an award winning luxury Spa.
The Position
This is a varied role which involves assisting our Kitchen team- Working under the direction of the Chefs you will be required to assist in food preparation
- You will be required to complete wash up and cleaning duties
- You will be required to assist with stock rotation and keeping all fridges and food storage area's organised and clean
- To promote a positive working atmosphere at all times
Experience/Qualifications
Knowledge and familiarity with HACCP- Will possess excellent communication and organisational skills
- Will have fluency in English
- Will be flexible in their working hours
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant would be an advantage.
