YOUR ROLE

Aramark Food Services is currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our team in O'Halloran Road, Limerick. The successful candidate will report to the Chef Manager.

This is a Full Time Role.

Job Responsibilities

• 
  General Kitchen Porter role
• Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services in line with Aramark brand standards
• Clean BOH and FOH areas, crockery and cutlery using equipment when trained to do so
• Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/ preparation and public areas.
• All cleaning duties within a Mess Area and associated blocks at the site.
• Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the work.
• Perform daily paper work she/he is assigned
• Keeps diligent records as required
• Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
• Undertake relevant training as required

Key Requirements

• Food hygiene certificate - Level 2 desirable. However, relevant training will be provided.
• Specific jobs may also require barista training
• BICs training for cleaning duties - Desirable but not essential.
• No previous experience required, but 1-2 years' experience in a food services ,retail or cleaning environment desirable.
