We are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Assistant/Porter to join the re-opening of an iconic property. The Viaduct in Cork!

The ideal candidate has previous experience within a multi-outlet kitchen where a fast pace is required while paying attention to detail. Despite the level of experience, we will provide candidates with full training.

The additional requirements for the role are as follows:

• Able to follow high standards of cleanliness in all kitchen areas.

• Willing to assist in the preparation of food when requested.

• Comply with Health Safety and HACCP regulations.

• Ensure equipment in the kitchen department is functioning and report maintenance issues to the Head Chef.
