Main Duties:
- To be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen, storage areas and canteen.
- To assist the chefs with the prepping and plating of food.
- To operate the dish-washing machine in line with standards of operation.
- Assisting the kitchen team with the preparation of vegetables and other duties.
