The ideal candidate will:

· be available to work a flexible shift pattern – Monday to Sunday

Key tasks:

· To ensure that the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the kitchen and back areas at all times.

· To constantly liaise with Room Service team, Restaurant team, Bar team, and Conference team departments to ensure all requirements are attended to efficiently while meeting and exceeding standards.

· To assist the Kitchen Department by storing the equipment safely and to prevent breakages

· To follow, record and document all cleaning as required by the kitchen procedures which are determined by the Head Chef

· To support the kitchen team in crunch periods or as requested by Department Managers.

· To ensure efficient service to internal customers at all times

· To identify reasonable needs in regards to tools and utensils to carry out your job in order to meet and exceed all standards.

· To carry out all cleaning in accordance with departmental standards.

Full Training will be provided.

The position will be part time with the possibility of full time hours during busy periods.

The candidate needs to have the right to live and work in Ireland.
