The Hodson Bay Hotel are excited to be recruiting for a Kitchen Porter Supervisor to join our Kitchen Team.

This is a busy but organised and well-functioning kitchen and we are looking an individual who consistently demonstrates passion and excellence within a kitchen environment.

You will be required to assist the Executive Head Chef in the management of the Kitchen Porters team and in the overall running of the kitchen.

The successful candidate will be:

• Ability to lead a team/give direction

Responsibilities and Duties:

• To manage the Kitchen Porter Team
• To carry out all cleaning duties in the kitchen area and all other areas related to storage in the kitchen.
• To ensure health and safety standards are adhered to.
• To comply with cleaning schedule as directed.
• Any other duties as directed by management.
