• Runs commercial dishwasher.
• Hand washes pots, pans, etc at the three-bay sink.
• Assists in prepping foods.
• Assists in organization and cleanliness of all prep areas, refrigerators, freezers & dry storage areas.
• Responsible for numerous cleaning jobs.
• Helps with end-of-the-day clean up including taking trash out, sweeping and wet mopping.
• Sometimes could be asked to assist behind the line.
• Each member of our staff is required to always help out where needed, even if it is outside of these guidelines.

• Our current restaurant hours are Thursdays – Saturdays from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Sundays from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

• Our normal current hours for our kitchen staff are Thursday – Saturdays and the times fluctuate any where from 12:00 noon until 4:00 p.m. for arrival and we work up until 9:00 - 10:00 p.m. and Sundays 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Kitchen staff could be asked to come in on Wednesdays to clean. The hours on Wednesday fluctuate. All hours are estimated times as we sometimes have events that are outside our normal hours and then the hours would be adjusted.
• Hours for High school aged kitchen staff (must be a minimum of 16 years old) are within the required child labor laws.
• There may be times that we may need to have someone ON-CALL.
• All Holidays that we are open are MANDATORY work days. Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving Day and New Year’s Eve are those current holidays.

Since 1976, we've been a family-owned and operated restaurant in Greencastle, PA. We are known for our Pork Tenderloin and our homemade Corn Fritters! We also have many other favorites such as, Roast Turkey and Stuffing, Delmonico Steak, BBQ Ribs and Fried Chicken. Everything is made in-house!
