Duties and Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Assemble and follow standards for presentation of food orders
- Closely following sanitation and safety procedures
- Prepare and cook raw chicken
- Prepare cold food items and ready to eat foods
- Obey a strict first in first out (FIFO) procedure
- Washing and sanitizing dishes
- Checking for product quality and consistency
- Keeping the kitchen neat, clean, and stocked
- Perform maintenance and cleaning of various machines
- Maintain clear and kind communication between all staff
- Carry out all instructions given by leadership team and Operator

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all kitchen equipment (pans, pots, machinery and navigating shelving both high and low)
- Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required
- Be able to work in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility, speed and multitasking are required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Work quickly and safely to prepare and serve food
- Quickly and efficiently overcome the learning curve
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Be proactive and focused during the shift
- Basic English speaking and reading is required
- Have Friday and Saturday availability
