L&D Manager - Leadership Development & Program Management

Our client, a large scale multi-site corporate organization have a new requirement within their L&D team. This role will report into the Head of L&D, and collaborate closely with the wider Learning and HR team. This organization has a people centric culture, with Learning & Development being a core strategic pillar within the HR strategy.

This role will focus on the Management, Organisation, Planning, Delivery, and Execution of:

• Leadership Development Programs
• Talent Management including Succession Planning
• Program Management - Women in Leadership, Leading Remotely, Mentorship, High Performer, Future Leader etc

The L&D Manager will:

• Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders
• Create new learning initiatives inline with company priorities
• Build relationships across multiple teams, and provide L&D expertise
• Manage external 3rd party vendor relationships, including contract management
• Develop applicable metrics to review new and existing programs
• Utilize LMS, E-Learning, and new digital technology

The Details:

• Located in Dublin City Centre with hybrid working
• Salary range between 65,000 - 75,000
