Contact for any IT issues (incidents) that occur across multiple laboratories. Investigate, root cause and resolve these incidents in a timely manner.- Responsible for approving and provisioning access to the various Lab IT applications
- Perform periodic reviews and tasks that may be required to ensure GMP compliance. Document these reviews and take them through the site review and approval processes.
Requirements:
Experience in a regulatory environment, GMP, healthcare, banking or finance- Experience troubleshooting benchtop issue within a laboratory
- Worked in a pharmaceutical and/or QC Lab environment
- Experience upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 in an enterprise environment
