Entry Level Laboratory Technician- Plastics- needed in Marietta, GA
We're looking for a Entry Level Laboratory Technician for our client in Marietta, GA.
Job Description
- Direct Hire
- Monday-Friday
- Hours: 8am-5pm
- $55K-$60K
- Bonus- 6% based on company performance and employee performance.
- Able to get along in an organization with diverse cultures and those with EASL and a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Basic math is DEFINITE.
- Proficient in Microsoft, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) is a plus.
- Associate degree in a STEM field is a plus
- Bench-top laboratory experience is a plus- understands working with chemicals/hazards of those chemicals.
- Can calculate properties based on measurements taken.
- Knowledge of polymers and their performance is a plus.
- Experience in operating extrudes or injection molds.
- 2+ years of industrial laboratory experience and/or maintenance experience.
- Mechanically inclined.
