Summary

A temporary Laboratory Assistant position is available to investigate human femur variation in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. The research lab for this position conducts studies in imaging and biomechanics for human translational research.

Responsibilities*

Assist in image analysis of research data. The non-experimental duties include general lab maintenance, data analysis, and assistance with manuscript submission.

Required Qualifications*

• Graduation from high school
• Able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively

Desired Qualifications*

• Experience with image analysis or data analysis
• College courses in anatomy and/or biology

Background Screening

Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings.
