Position Summary:

This is a field-based, hands-on position in which successful candidates contribute to the construction of a solar field..

Hourly position

Activities/Responsibilities/Duties:

Assists with the following:

• String Line
• Laser
• Pile Shakeout
• Pile Installation
• Pile Remediation
• Tracker Shakeout
• Slew Gear Installation
• Torque Tube Installation
• Drive Line Installation
• Motor Installation
• Huck & BOM
• MIB
• Damper
• Module Staging
• Module Installation
• Tracker QA/QC
• Module QA/QC
• SPC Controller

Skills/Abilities:

• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Able to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others, including colleagues and supervisors
• Experience working on construction projects preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,500.00 - $45,750.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Williamsport, OH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
