Labour Planning Systems Administrator
The Labour Planning Systems Administrator will support Primark’s Workforce Management and labour planning systems to ensure colleagues are in the right place, at the right time. Working closely with the WFM Scheduling Lead and Forecasting Lead to ensure all systems working in line with Primark’s Labour Model and system administration is complete.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the WFM Scheduling Lead and Forecasting Lead to ensure Primark’s systems are kept up to date with applicable data.
  • Work with various stakeholders across Retail and Head office to update, collate and maintain data that impacts the Retail Labour model.
  • Manage a calendar of maintenance activities across the year to ensure our models reflect the most up to date business information.
  • Ensure accuracy of data within the systems to ensure right people, right place, right time
  • Become a subject matter expert in the day to day running and operations of the WFM systems and Labour Model
  • Support the consolidation of data and analysis preparation
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure system administration meets requirements
  • Support the operational function with administration of the WFM systems

Essential knowledge, skills and experience:
  • Have strong administration skills to support operational requirements
  • Possess the ability to work alongside Retail, the business and external service providers / business partners.
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organisation skills, ability to plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales.
  • Have strong communications skills (written and verbal) – need to communicate at all levels within Retail, the business and external service providers / business partners.
  • Show flexibility in working location; travel within Europe may be required; and the role may also require occasional travel further afield
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support the business and the Retail Operations team.
